By commissioning gojira studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Information
- Commission slots are allocated exclusively through the submission of an application form; they are not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse commission requests unilaterally without giving any reasons.
- Unauthorized resale of the Live2D model, file redistribution, or claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.
- We are allowed to share the commissioned work on our social media and use it as a sample. If you prefer to keep the commission private until its debut, please let us know.
- We have a strict policy against accepting commissions that involve explicit R-18 content and offensive themes. Please refer to the guidelines regarding Do’s & Don’ts.
- You will exclusively receive high-resolution digital files of the commissioned work. There will be no physical items shipped to your designated address.
- Using, uploading, or selling our work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is strictly prohibited.
- The Live2D work file (.cmo3) will not be provided or sold to the client.
Payment Transactions, Refund Policy, and Order Cancellations
- The commission will commence and be considered official only upon receipt of the upfront payment.
- As the artist/s, we retain the right to refund and cancel the commission at our discretion and at any given time.
- Please refrain from initiating chargebacks. You can request a refund and cancel the commission only if there is a lack of progress for more than 5 months.
- If a full refund or chargeback is issued, you will relinquish ownership and all rights to the commissioned artwork, regardless of the stage of progress.
- If the invoice remains unpaid for more than a week after being sent, we will cancel the commission unless there is a mutual agreement regarding the delay.
- All parties involved will honor and acknowledge any additional charges (such as rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) that may apply.
